I love this place. There service is wonderful. Food is cheap, and free refills! The waitresses are nice and friendly and i enjoyed them. the service is fast and it makes you feel like your sitting in the middle of an italian town.

I ordered 4 entrees on carry out from Pasquale's. I was given a half hour pick up time on a Thursday night. I arrived to wait 10 at the counter without anyone asking my name, after which I was told my order would be up shortly. Now I did arrive about 8 minutes or so early. So I patiently waited. My order took a total of 55 minutes to get prepared and ready for pick up. I was frustrated no one at the establishment cared. Oh I take that back the young gentleman under 19 did apologize when he saw me standing there so long. I took my order home to find process, chopped spongy chicken with fake grilling marks on my grilled chicken salad. The sauce on the other items tasted like jar and the sausage served with the entree was a patty. Now I thought I was having dinner not breakfast, really patty sausage. I called to convey my unhappiness the young lady manager had nothing to offer except I'm sorry. No I'm sorry let us try to make your dining experience what our family so hard for generations
